The man behind the lens

Peter has always been a creator in various fields but photography dominates his artistic interests. Having picked up photography back in 2000, coupled with his background as a graphic artist, his interest in colors and contrast bring out a new fresh vibrancy to typical ‘washed out’ de saturated imagery.

After picking up his first camera back at age 15 he instantly knew that it would become much more than a simple hobby.

‘’I love interacting with people in general so photography is a great medium to do so. One of my strengths is communication and I believe the best results come out when you take the essential time to communicate your ideas with the models. Not everyone has modeled before so you need to adapt to every one you shoot. When it comes to photography, many photographers mention things relating to art, and creativity but I personally believe that the customer service you offer is equally important. The time and energy you put into the pre-shooting phase with the models will always bring out extremely satisfactory results!

Furthermore, I see my clients basically as friends, and my style of work is very loose and relaxed. It's a party everytime! My background in Psychology also comes into play as it is extremely easy for me to make just about anyone at ease in front of my lenses. Just seeing someone with insecurities be so amazed at the final product and more importantly about themselves is a great accomplishment for me. Everyone deserves to have a confidence boost and my photography definitely brings that to each and everyone of my clients.’’
